Ticket(s) are non-refundable. Confirmation email of ticket(s) purchase(s) preempts any refund period. So once you receive an email confirmation its final, as the benefits of the service are realised immediately upon payment. Only on this circumstance you may be eligible to a refund if there is a show cancellation.
