When purchasing a digital product, you may be asked to confirm that you would like immediate access to the content and acknowledge that, once access or downloading begins, you may lose your 14-day statutory right to cancel.
Digital products include, but are not limited to, PDFs, ebooks, audio recordings, videos, guides, activations and other downloadable or digitally delivered content.
However, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights. If a digital product is faulty, not as described, or does not work as it should, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue.
